Merchandise Return Policy
Brinson will only issue credit for merchandise purchased within the last six(6) months
The merchandise must be new, in the original package and properly identified. A reason for the return must accompany the copy of the invoice
Brinson will not issue credit for item damaged by abuse, misuse, fire, water, weather or improper installation
All electrical part sales are final - no credit will be issued
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the Harahan, LA warehouse location. COD shipments will not be accepted
All special sale or special order items are final
No credit will be reimbursed for shipping or handling charges
Claims for Damaged Merchandise by Shipper
Visible damage to package must be noted by customer/consignee to the delivering carrier upon receipt of goods. Concealed damage must be reported to the delivery carrier as soon as determined. Keep original shipping container for examination by the carrier's claim inspector. Claim for damaged merchandise or respective shortages out of a damaged shipping container must be made by customer/consignee to the delivering carrier. The Brinson company will of course always assist customer/consignee as needed.
Refund Policy
The Brinson Co., Inc. will automatically issue credit on your credit card within 10 days after receipt of returned merchandise.
Shipping
All merchandise will be shipped to you via FEDEX or UPS with shipping costs added to your invoice.
