The Brinson Company - A Brief History

The Brinson Company is a second generation family owned and operated business. The Brinson Company began life over 40 years ago as a home based business in a New Orleans suburb. The business quickly out grew the confines of the family garage and was moved to small warehouse. As the business continued to grow, the need for an even larger warehouse became evident. In February of 1975, The Brinson Company moved into a new facility. This larger warehouse had 22,000 sq. ft. of storage space and also served as The Brinson Company's corporate headquarters. Several years ago, an adjacent warehouse was purchased and provided an additional 11,000 sq. ft. of storage space. In September of 2007, the company moved from 116 Laitram Lane to the newly renovated building at 124 Laitram lane.

Over the years, the need to better serve our growing family of local, national, and international customers has always been a high priority of The Brinson Company. In order to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction, The Brinson Company has added branch warehouse locations in the following metropolitan areas: Chicago, Washington D.C., and North Haven, CT. All of these locations can provide same day delivery service.

Because The Brinson Company is one of the oldest distributors of Mercedes Benz and BMW OEM auto parts, we have been able to establish reliable and wide ranging sources for the high quality parts our customers demand. And because The Brinson Company is still a family owned and operated business, we are able to provide our customers with the personal service and attention not available from many larger companies. In fact, when you call to place an order, the voice on the other end of the phone could very well belong to the owner of The Brinson Company.
