This tool is used to change elastic V-ribbed belts. With the new, Conti Uni-Tool Elast, you now have the correct all-purpose tool readily at hand for nearly all vehicle applications. It makes belt changes fast, easy and fail safe. The old belt can also be removed using the new tool.
